Pin-Up Of The Week: Eve Meyer
Flirtatious, sultry and extremely buxom, the lovely Eve Meyer began her career in the 1950s as a pin-up girl, which most notably included being Playmate of the Month in June, 1955.
Born a true Southern Belle in Atlanta, Georgia in 1928, Meyer went on to dabble briefly in the acting world but only starred in three movies in her lifetime. Her true calling was as a movie producer, a rare title for a woman of that era. Her CV boasts of quirky cult movies Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! and In the Valley of the Dolls, among the most well-known.
By the Seventies, she was a successful and respected business woman with an impressive 16 movies to her credit as a producer. However, in March 1977, her life was tragically cut short and she died aged 48 in a plane crash in Tenerife.
